A quiz night for one: meet Play solo
Pick a public quiz, answer at your own table, and see how you did. No host or sign-in needed.
Your next round doesn’t need a group chat
Play solo lets you jump into a public quiz on your own. It uses the same question and answer screens as a live game, with timed questions and reveals, then a personal results screen.
Three steps to your first solo game
1. Open Explore and choose a public quiz that catches your eye.
2. On the quiz’s page, choose Play solo. You can start without signing in.
3. Answer before each timer runs out. At the end, see your results and choose Play again or Back to quiz.
A little practice, whenever you like
There’s no lobby to organise, no host to wait for, and no leaderboard or podium. It’s a quick way to test your knowledge or explore a new topic.
Building your own quiz? The editor’s Test play option is there for rehearsing as the host, with a phone view beside the host screen. Play solo is for simply playing.
